It may sounds silly to "just sing" but singing actually has many health benefits such as: singing improves posture, strengthens the immune system, helps with sleep, is a natural anti-depressant, improves mental alertness, and lowers stress levels.


Choral singing promotes a heathy mind and heart which can lead to a longer life expectancy.
